These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Easy Reorder application for Shopify and this website, operated by Aidin Inc (“Easy Reorder,” “we,” “us”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Easy Reorder helps Shopify merchants drive repeat purchases through reorder reminder emails, a one-click reorder page, magic links, and related analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it to violate Shopify’s policies or applicable law (including anti-spam and privacy laws).

Fees

Easy Reorder is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide notice and any applicable terms before charges apply.

Intellectual property

The app, website, and all related content and trademarks are owned by Aidin Inc or its licensors. You retain ownership of your store data; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties such as Shopify and email or marketing providers (e.g. Klaviyo). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular sales result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aidin Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
