Easy Reorder watches each customer’s purchase timing
Once installed, the app tracks how often each individual customer buys, based on their own order history — not a fixed calendar schedule. A customer who reorders every 45 days gets timed differently than one who reorders every 90.
The customer gets a reminder and reorders in one click
Right before a customer is expected to run out, Easy Reorder sends a reminder email. The email links to a reorder page prefilled with their last order — no account, no login, no rebuilding a cart. They click, confirm, and the order is placed.
The result: fewer one-time buyers who forget to reorder and drift away, and less manual work for you chasing repeat purchases.

Can customers reorder without an account?
Yes. The reorder page Easy Reorder links to doesn’t require a customer login or account — customers can complete a reorder directly from the reminder email.
When does the reminder send?
Easy Reorder times the reminder to each customer’s own purchase interval, based on their past order history, so it sends shortly before they’re expected to run out — not on a fixed calendar date.
Does it work with subscriptions?
Yes. Easy Reorder is subscription-aware. It recognizes customers already on a subscription and doesn’t send them reorder reminders, so subscribers aren’t double-messaged.
Does it work with Klaviyo?
Yes. Easy Reorder works alongside Klaviyo, so you can keep using your existing email flows while Easy Reorder handles purchase-timed reorder reminders.
Does it work with SMS?
